Compliance & Standards

Discretion, dignity,and quiet diligence.

How we hold ourselves to the standards our clients expect — covering scope, screening, privacy, and the safeguarding of vulnerable adults across South Florida.

Important Notice — Scope of Services

Companion Noble Care provides non-medical companion and concierge support services only. Services do not include skilled nursing care, medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medication administration, or any regulated healthcare services requiring professional licensure.

The Standards We Keep

Four pillars of practice.

01

Florida Standards

Non-Medical Companion Service

Companion Noble Care operates as a non-medical concierge companion service in the State of Florida. Our practices align with applicable Florida statutes governing companionship and homemaker services, and we maintain internal policies that mirror — and in many areas exceed — industry expectations for vetted, insured, in-home support.

Companion Vetting

Considered Screening & Background Checks

Every companion is engaged only after a comprehensive vetting process, including Level 2 background screening (where applicable), identity verification, professional reference checks, and an in-person interview to assess discretion, temperament, and presence.

  • Level 2 background screening (where applicable)
  • Identity verification & employment eligibility
  • Professional reference verification
  • In-person discretion & temperament interview
  • Driving record review for transportation roles
  • Continuous training in safeguarding & confidentiality
03

Privacy & Confidentiality

Discretion as a Standard

While Companion Noble Care does not provide medical services and is therefore not a HIPAA-covered entity, we treat all client information with the privacy expected of a trusted private concierge. Personal details, household information, and family communications are kept strictly confidential — by contract and by culture.

Vulnerable Adult Protection

Safeguarding & Mandatory Reporting

The wellbeing of our clients is paramount. Our companions are trained to recognise and respond to signs of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable adults, and to report concerns through appropriate Florida channels. Companion Noble Care maintains a zero-tolerance position on any form of abuse or neglect.

If you believe a vulnerable adult is in immediate danger, please dial 911. For non-emergency concerns, contact the Florida Abuse Hotline at 1-800-962-2873.

Concerns & Feedback

A quiet line, always open.

We invite candid feedback — it is how we refine the experience. Concerns are received with care, investigated promptly, and resolved with discretion. Should the matter require external escalation, we will guide you to the appropriate Florida authority.

Vetted & Insured

Comprehensive screening and active insurance coverage.

Privacy by Practice

Confidentiality treated as a standing professional duty.

Non-Medical Scope

Companionship and lifestyle support — clearly defined.
