At Companion Noble Care, the safety, comfort, and absolute dignity of every client is our highest guiding principle. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance approach to abuse, exploitation, and neglect, implementing proactive measures to ensure a secure care environment.
We operate in strict alignment with Florida's Adult Protective Services Act (Florida Statutes Chapter 415), which protects vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect, or exploitation. All companions on our concierge registry are trained to recognize signs of distress and understand their responsibility to report concerns immediately through the appropriate state channels.

Prompt coordination with the Florida Abuse Hotline to escalate any suspected concerns regarding vulnerable adults.
Background Screening
Every registered companion undergoes national databases checks and Level 2 background screening (where applicable) before engagement.

Ongoing Oversight
Regular concierge supervision and family touchpoints to ensure the service standard is kept impeccably high.

Recognizing Abuse & Exploitation
Our registered companions undergo mandatory training to identify and address various forms of vulnerabilities as defined under Florida and federal guidelines:
- • Financial exploitation of senior funds
- • Physical abuse or physical neglect
- • Emotional and psychological pressure
- • Self-neglect and cognitive declines
- • Infringement on personal safety
- • Denial of food, medication, or comfort
Reporting Concerns
If you have any concern whatsoever about the safety, treatment, or dignity of a client, it must be reported without delay. All concerns brought to our office are immediately investigated with confidentiality.
Suspected adult abuse, neglect, or exploitation can also be reported directly to the state by calling the Florida Abuse Hotline toll-free at 1-800-962-2873 (available 24/7).
